Shipping

I aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days, usually on Mondays and Fridays. As I am a small business this is occasionally subject to change.

UK SHIPPING

Postage within the UK is free on orders over £50.00 and £3.00 flat rate for orders less than this. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 and can be tracked but only updated when delivered. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Sorry, I only ship to mainland UK, this does not include northern Ireland.

 

Refund Policy

I will accept a return or refund for physical items such as buttons, labels, and gifts within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as received. 

Please contact me prior to shipping back your order to make sure you are eligible for a refund. To start a return, you can contact me at beckyssewingstudio@gmail.com or using the contact form here. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method and should be received within 5 working days from receipt of the returned item. Please obtain proof of postage as an item may be lost in the post and therefore, I would be unable to provide a refund.

Please note that unless there is a fault with your item I am unable to refund any return postage costs.
